CCTV images released after equipment worth £20,000 stolen Surrey

British Transport Police officers investigating the theft of a piece of specialised equipment worth £20,000 have released these images in connection.


At around 6pm on 23 February, the victim left their bag containing an architectural scanning device in the overhead storage on a train in Redhill.

Soon after, a group boarded the train and sat beneath the rack. They then took the bag with them as they left the train service at Earlswood.


Anyone who recognises those pictured is asked to contact BTP by texting 61 016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 2400024173.
